Yesterday morning I was I sleeping and was woken by, what sounded like a loud fall in my home. No one but my cat was here with me and we were in bed together. I jumped up and quickly ran through my house and found nothing unusual. I believe I had a hypnopomic hilluciation. This was my first time. Just before that happened I was struggling through sleep paralysis, which I experience quite frequently. Do I have a spirit in my home, or is it just me?

I hope someone has some answers, this happens every few months or so to me. Personally I've decided its just very vivid dreams (although it seems so very real that the loud noise you heard was not a dream) mainly because its exhausting to dwell on it.

my uncle was on some medicines and due to that medi overdose, he started hallucinating like he listens weird sounds, saw ppl who weren't present, he even started seeing his dead wife.... but after discontinuing the medi, he was recovered...
