So mine started on my right nipple and then it came onto my left nipple when it started itching. When i wear my bras, it sticks on and i used to move it around during the day and pull it out and i found out that that actually makes it worst cause it pulls out more skin. and the 'wound' becomes bigger.
There was a time where i stopped touching it altogether and tried to not scratch at it at all. And i usually folded a little square piece of toilet paper and slid it between my bra and my boobs to prevent the pus from sticking onto my boobs. i find that quite helpful. but as i was saying. My right nipple HEALED. it healed when i stopped paying attention to it. but when it was winter and it started getting cold. I think my skin dried up and it started peeling. and now the whole nipple is pussing like a wound would. Not through the nipple hole thing, but more on the whole aerola area. ive been searching up on multiple websites for anything that can help but i havnt found anything yet. Ive tried using vaseline around my nipple (on the boob) and that prevents me from scratching at it, but that's all it does.
i feel like everytime i wear a bra (EVEN WITH THE TISSUE IN BETWEEN) and i slowly peel it off, it becomes worst. because a wet bit would stick onto the tissue and it might peel off more skin or the dryign scabs so it never heals.
another part of this journey. so i noticed that whenever i wash it with water in a shower, it becomes worst (because the scabs are melted), but it heals quite quickly. these few months i havnt been exposing it to water because i feel like i cannot wait for the time so it could form a scab again.
So instead, whenever i shower, i would position myself so that the water would not run down my boobs.
at home, i wear shirts that are big and oversized so whenever i walk, i would hold it in front of me and not let it touch my nipples.
when i sleep, i would not wear a shirt just in case if it gets stuck to my nipple. and if im under the blanket, i would push it upwards so that it creates a little gap between my boobs and the blanket. and hopefully you don't spin around too much, because that can cause the pus to stick to your bed or even the blanket.

Right now, both my nipples are going through this, even though my right nipple healed for a bit . These are just some of the things ive been testing out, so ive decided to share them with you guys.
Just make sure that when it is winter, your nipples are moisturised so it doesnt go through the damage again (i wish i knew this because then i would only need to worry about one nipple)

Hi I'm 15 and I suffer from the same thing. My left nipple started to become itchy when I am 14 and I thought it was just an ant bite so when it was sore I just ignored it but it continued and it always stick to my bra and end up bleeding when I remove my bra. I have eczema as well and it's been a year already and I'm taking a prolactin test (as suggested by the doctor) this week ill tell you how did it go

I have the same thing, its been getting increasling worse over the past few months, at first thinking it was eczema but i cut out all the foods and allergens that set off my eczema, then thinking it could be thrush but after 2 months of my boyfriend not being allowed to go near my nipples it is still getting worse.

I now cut up plasters to cover them when im wearing clothes or before i go to bed.

Today i am going to head to a medical walk in centre because i have built myself up into thinking it could be something worse than eczema or thrush. I will let you know if i find out anything as it sounds like we have a very similar problem!

I’m experiencing the same exact thing. It leave stains in my bra. I went and got an ultrasound twice and they found nothing. They told me I was too young for a mammogram. They ran blood tests and took a sample of the discharge. Everything came back normal. So I guess I just have to deal with it smh

For the past couple of weeks, my right nipple has been sore. It started hurting worse in the last few days. I'm turning 56 next month, and would really like to know what's wrong. Any advice?
