Ouch! internal & external. That would present problems and pain. Pain is def. a consideration-but you need to treat them. The sooner the better. For the external there are otc meds, but probably not very effective. You should get a good referral to a colo-rectal specialist. They do daily routine treatments in thier office and sometimes on the first visit. At my first colo-recatl visit I came in with several small and one large internal hem. and was given the band procedure on the one large one. That was just yesterday. I had considerable pain after the treatment and today is also pretty sore. I took vicodin after the procedure at 3:00 in the afternoon - took another 4 doses after that-but none today. I'm at work, so it's managable....I'm fairly certain the banding procedure is the best for positive results. As far as the external, I am sure there are similar type treatments avail. You should go to the dr. asap. Get it started. It takes a few treatments, but at least you'll be on the road to a better life!
I never had much pain---but bleed a ton--so I'm glad I did it. Can't wait to feel better though...oweee... Hope you take the advice! :-D
