When I was 11 years old, I first started masturbating. I really enjoyed it and I use to do it about once every 2 weeks. But with time, frequency of my masturbations increased and now I'm masturbating about 2 times a day and sometimes even more.
I don’t know could I cause some disorders doing this. Sometimes I masturbate and after I feel really bad and grossed out but I often do it again in a few hours.
I have already tried stopping this but it would last fro few days and then I would go back to it again.
Please, help me deal with this situation!?

Masturbation is good because it is proven that can help relieve stress, help people who suffer from insomnia and stimulate the immune system to help build up resistance to common infections. It can even improve your performance during sexual intercourse.
I don't really have any suggestions on what might help you to stop masturbating except to concentrate hard on something else when you get the urge that you.

im 16 tried to stop but.. then i gave up. just cut back a bit if it bugs you. its not a bad thing plus it feels good. i do it every few days and it doesnt interfere with my life. keeps me relaxed and happy. you could try doing more activites which distract you.

If do it in the bathroom it dose not feel as bad compared to when your in bed cus afterwords it feels like u just had a long piss or something there tissue there too!

There is no medical concern with masturbating so if you're stopping because you're worried about going blind or mad (as they said in the old days) then don't bother. There's no risk of either of those things happening, or anything else medical for that matter.
If you want to stop because it's interfering with daily life, that's a different issue and as previously suggested, work on cutting down the number of times you need to do it or even better- find a partner and engage in a more enjoyable sex life. This should tire you out too thus reducing your need to ejaculate so often.
