help!! this is my 2nd post and i am scared

Hi.. I have posted before about my pubic hairs that get red when the hair comes back after shaving. .. I again recently had shaved that area.. and i saw that near my hip i had a red spot(my mom said it wasnt broken skin it looked like i cut it shaving. this is the 2nd day and its pretty much gone. Now i see a red mark near where my pantyline is but it looks like my underwear might have rubbed it raw or irritated the shaven area enuf to where its red?... I have always had protected sex with the guys i been with.. and the last guy gave me a holy living scare telling me i had a std.. it turned out he injured himself during sex with another. He got the test back and he was clean. I have checked and re checked the symptoms of HPV, and i nvr got any of the warning signs. The red area near my hip doesnt hurt at all. Is this hpv? i am so scared cause i got tested but it came back negative.. and the fact that i had sex with my friend and he was clean(i knw it doesnt matter.. he might have just gotten lucky??) so should i still be so freaking worried that i got something?? I have been super stressed cause of work which has made me gain weight and my underwear sometimes does grab a hold of hair and pull.. or cut into my skin. :-( I know this sounds crazy as heck but i have been so down i wanna end it all.. and i know its not that bad. Also.. is it sometimes normal to have a lil bit of pain where ur leg meets your body?
