Hi, some very good advice on here. I am on day six from having PPH to remove exterior and interior roids. I live in China and was very apprehensive about having the surgery done here, particularly as the CR specialist doesn't speak any English. Relied heavily on my fantastic wife for translation and questions.

The first BM is painful, but what I'm finding now is I have the sensation that I'm not emptying completely, and want to avoid straining or sitting too long. It means I'm on and off  the toilet very frequently! Also feel life I have a golf ball up there that I'm constantly holding in with all the muscles in that area. Went for a short work this evening 20mins, find it difficult to walk at any pace and feel that gravity is pulling everything down... Is this normal. Have my check up tomorrow and dreading the examination as I can barely stand to clean myself let alone anything more invasive. 41yo Male... At similar experiences would be good to compare.
