in the past I rarely drank coffee as it made me feel spacey, uncomfortable & anxious. now for the past year I have started (sometimes 4 cups a day) & it rarely has this effect anymore. no tea I drank ever had this effect. but now teas cause the same effects as coffee used to do. even when they are simply herbal ( hibiscus. lotus, chamomile, etc.) and usually decaffeinated. what has caused this reversal? I want to be able to drink both. help!
