I am trying to get some help for my depression and anxiety and have already been in therapy, but my therapist just left the job and I am waiting for a new one. I won't go into detail about some of the feelings I have had, and some of my actions recently, but I feel I could benefit from herbs for depression and anxiety. What should I do? Can anyone tell me more?

I think that valerian is probably the most reliable herb for depression and anxiety, and the one that is most free of side effects. You can also, I am told, use it if you need a little help to get to sleep. Another natural cure for depression and anxiety is st john's worth though this is not free of side effects.
