I am hoping to lose some weight, and I have reason to believe that going on a mission for detoxing the body is a great way to start a weight loss journey. I think I can accomplish that with herbs quite easily, but the question is which herbs to take?

Do you know what I recently bought and am very happy with? Clay for drinking! This is wonderful for detoxing the body and cleansing on a deep level. The first few days, you are supposed to let the clay sink down to the bottom of the glass (you mix it with water) and drink only the water. Then, you go on to drink the clay too. Do this for about two weeks and you should be as good as new.
