Hi! I am a big fan of leek and potato soup though, to my shame, I admit that I normally buy the fresh Tesco's leek and potato soup and then pass it off as my own. Not very sophisticated, I know. I want to try and make my own leek and potato soup for a change. What herbs would you say I should put in there, as it doesn't say on the Tesco's one?
