Hi i am 38 years old recently got my complete blood count done, it says hemoglobin level at 17.1 and PCV = 49.5. i am on antibiotics Pantocid HP KIT and since last 2 days ive been having rashes on my face. i am really scared,  can it be associated with polycythemia
