I have really serious problem. I have boyfriend almost 3 years and we used to have absolutely normal sexual life until now. Lately he has some problem and he can’t reach ejaculation while we making love. I really don’t understand why it happened to him, because it was everything normal before. I have heard Histidine could help with retarded ejaculation so I want to know if that is true.

Many sexual problems are caused by common, easily treatable conditions such as depression, anxiety, menopause, PMS, and other medical conditions. Retarded ejaculation is one of these problems which can occur any time in men life. That is term for phenomenon in which intravaginal ejaculation does not occur. Often that is just an emotional response which could be solved with conversation. Also, Histidine is used to help with retarded ejaculation. Histidine is converted to histamine, which is the chemical responsible for triggering an orgasm, or the big sneeze, in both men and woman. Histimines play a major role in regulating ejaculations and orgasms with people. Histimine is a vasodilator, which allows blood to flow to the genital areas easier then without it. Maybe the best for your boyfriend would be to test his testosterone. If he is a man who seemingly has no psychological reason for a lack of desire, he might want to ask a doctor to perform a blood test.
