I have very small red dots on my chest 4 weeks after having sex. We used a condom., for intercourse, but did have unprotected oral sex. Any chance this is herpes or hiv or is it likely just another random skin irritation? They are not raised or itchy. There are about 20 dots spread out across my chest.
