3-4 weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex with a first time partner (female). About a week after I had a minor sore throat that felt like allergies, gone in less than a week. About 2-3 days ago noticed prickly itching (minor at first) then a small cluster of barely raised bumps on scrotum, not very red, but more painful, especially when rubbed against by jeans. Also noticing itching on penis head but no bumps, just itching and occasional pain like a needle poking it.

I also had protected oral sex from another woman (she used a condom on me) once about 2 weeks ago.

Could I have caught something from them such as herpes (HSV1 or HSV2)? I had HSV1 on the lip as a child, but I never had an antibody test done to verify for antibodies. Is it possible I got HSV1 on my genitals? I heard once you get it orally, you cannot get HSV1 again on your genitals, only the other strain. So is this more likely HSV2?

OR, my main question, are there other skin conditions that would have the same symptoms?
