I had unprotected sex with a girl and she said she had no stds or HIV when I asked her but, a couple of hours after we had sex my testicles started to have a dull ache in them and I noticed a lump on top of both of them which was causing the pain a few days later accompanied with nausea. I went to my local gp and said it was probably either a testicle torsion, trauma or an std. I had a test for an std's and it came back negative. I found myself needing to go the toilet more often and it hurt when I would urinate.About 5 days after the sex I started to feel a bit of a chill in my stomach which has worsened ( but still not to bad). I noticed a few small ulcers that went away within 2 days( it's not uncommon for me to get ulcers). Then about 2 weeks later I started to get a bit of a fever with a sore throat that lasted 1 day and a half and a headache which has lasted for 3 days( but not very bad). I notice today that my mouth was dry and tongue was white and I've loss my appetite in the last few days ( I think because I'm so stressed out). For the last 10 days if been burping uncontrollably. I've had other small problems like painful ejaculation and a sharp pain in my right kidney. My testicles still hurt know. I've been doing a lot of research in HIV and am freaking out, I'm sure some of these problems are in my head cause I an so stressed. Please help
