How bad is bad?

Hi I'm a 33 year old male I've had hemroids for a while now..you know now and then I would have issues with them but let me tell you this past week has been the worst I'm in severe pain I sit in the toilet and I just feel the worst pain ever with these hemroids I have to almost stand up cause I'm in so much pain I even quit eating cause I'm so scared to go to the bathroom I went to the doctor and they gave me some cream but it's not working as fast this is the worst pain ever I've had 2 occasions where I got to the rest room and release a few days worth of bowel movements but it hasn't happen anymore it's actually taking a toll on me emotionally also I feel depressed just thinking about the issue

When my hemeroid gets big I get a really fun sowing pin and pop it then a few hours later I’m back to normal wouldn’t even think I had a hemroid hope this helps

I used to do this but found an easier way just stick your ass in the bath tub and drop a toaster in it
