I am only 13 and I am 163 pounds. I am also 5'7. I want to get down to 130-135 pounds by the beginning of august and it is the end of may right now. I excercise for two hours two days a week and I drink about 5 cups of water each day. I only have soda like once a week and I don't eat a lot of junk foods. Yet I still haven't lost any weight yet. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
