Larissa, c'mon, you know yourself that loosing 100 pounds in a month is impossible task - that would be like a half of your weight! Even if you had all the possible surgeries and what not, 100 pounds can't be gone in a month. But, I agree completely with you that you need to start to lose weight, you already are in a danger zone and under risk for several conditions so it wouldn't be bad idea at all to go and see your family doctor to find out what options you have. Because yes, you will need to adjust your diet and everything, but you are now in the zone where you do need professional help to lose weight.
Larissa you really need to speak with an adult in your life...to even THINK it is possible to lose 100 pounds is quite scary.
It will take at least one year to lose 100 pounds if a person does it in a healthy way. YOU DO NOT need PROFESSIONAL help to lose weight though. You can do it on your own and succeed greatly.
Start of by walking each day..maybe a mile or more if you can.... if you can not do that much start off slower maybe just one block and then increase both the time and distance as the days go on. Also drink at least 8 glasses of water each and every day.
Then begin eating healthier. Fresh fruits and fresh veggies should make up the bulk of your food intake. Add on a healthy portion of lean meat, poultry or fish to your lunch and dinner. Have pasta and rice once or twice a week... bread one serving per day. Do not drink soda or artificial juices.... I would also suggest you not add salt or sugar to foods and also stay away from butter and other high fat, sugar, salt spreads and sauces.
Lastly I warn to stay far away from junk and fast foods, and do not purchase or consume processed foods.. convince foods like frozen foods, canned and boxed mixes are not healthy. The rare healthy frozen foods will be items such as "steam selects" and similar brand named steamed veggie meals and side dishes. Even diet/healthy branded tv dinner type meals are high in salts, sugars and preservatives thus making them unhealthy.
You are young and can now build a healthy lifestyle and a wonderful healthy foundation to preserve your good healthy for your lifetime.
I have followed the above plan...walking two miles everyday, using an elliptical machine everyday for 30 minutes and lifting light weights and lost 76 pounds in 7 months.
