I need to get some exercise. My doctor told me to change my lifestyle dramatically. One of the key points is to incorporate physical activity into my daily routine. Since I am a couch potato I don’t like anything physical and hate the idea of breathing heavily, sweating and fighting fatigue all the time. How can I find motivation to swim often?

Well, try to find some friends who will accompany you to your swimming workouts. Training in a group is usually motivating and much more fun. You can encourage each other and thus stay on the track all the time. Also you should start slowly so that you workouts are not an ordeal but rather pleasurable massage of your muscles. When you get in shape you can gradually increase the intensity.
