I have developed a hands off JO machine. It consists of a sewing machine motor and speed controller, 2 stages of gear reduction driving an eccentric crank linked to a 2" dia. air cylinder. A tee is added to the air cylinder, one side is for vacuum application, the other connected to your favorite pump cylinder. After insertion of your lubed penis in the cylinder, draw a vacuum and turn on the motor via the speed controller. I maintain a vacuum between 1"hg to 20"hg during cylinder stroke.
