I have really bad breath in the mornings

There are several different things you can do at home to take care of bad breath.  First try using a tongue cleaner.  Start at the back of your tongue and clean.  Gargling with mouthwash first thing after breakfast and before bedtime can help, too.  Keep  hydrated to prevent a dry mouth as it can cause worse breath.  Practice good dental hygiene and see your dentist every 6 months for a professional cleaning.  Drinking fenugreek tea is good for halitosis, or a tea of fresh parsley or cloves works great.  They are also good for dental health as well, so you get additional benefits from these various teas.
