I’ve always had problems with bad breath, but I find it more difficult now since I started working and can’t chew gum anymore because it looks unprofessional?

What's your question really? What else can you do?
Find the source of your bad breath first..is it bad teeth, bad gums, diet, stomach problems, coated tongue, bacteria?? All these can cause it.
See your GP and dentist and they could give you something to take.
A tip! Brush your tongue with a ongue cleaner to remove bacteria build up!
They are there eventhough you can't see them, they ususally lurk at the very back towards your throat and the area looks whitish!

use peroxide and baking soda to brush with and do not use mouthwash... mix 1 cup water and 1 cup peroxide to gargle with it is supposed to help. they say that mouthwash dries up your natural saliva and that makes for worse breath.
