I am thinking about entering the world of the competitive swimming. I know, I know, I have to train much harder and more often. I will do that. I have already started to train more frequently. I am worried about breaststroke turn. I am not sure that I know how to do it.

You should find some certified coach to teach you that. Here are just a few tips. You have to make sure that, approx. five feet away from the wall, you are completely stretched out. Also, make sure that you keep your head down and looking at the bottom of the pool. You are ready for your fingers to touch the wall. After you touch the wall, you should kick your non-dominant arm back with a sort of karate force. Your feet will be flying up into your chest. By that time your other arm should be brought up by your ear. You can use this moment to breathe since your head will come out for a little. When your feet are firmly on the wall you have to push off with everything you have got.
