hey everybody im 14 years old and i weight like 200 and im trying to do a diet list or something i really want to be skiny can anyone hel me pleasee

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, everyday.
Eat fresh fruits and veggies every single day.
Do not eat junk food, sweets or lots of bread or pasta.
Do not drink soda or sweetened juices.
Eat 3 meals a day, each meal having 75% fruit or veggie and the other 25% a protein like beans, chicken or fish.
Snack between meals but keep them healthy like veggies or fruit.
DO NOT eat after 7 p.m. at night.
Watch your sodium/salt and sugar consumption.... do not eat a lot of either.
Exercise at least 30 minutes 6 days a week.

By following these simple guidlines along with tracking my calorie intake and calories burned I have lost 75 pounds in 6 months.
