I like the WaterSlide. It brings the water from the spout to you and it feels awesome. I think I paid 25 bucks. Hope that helps :-).

I love that technique! I found something called the WaterSlyde and it helps with the not having to scoot under the faucet. It attaches to the faucet and bring the water to you.

Turn on the bath tub water to where the stream is not too hard but not too soft either. Then lie in the tub with your legs up and open to the stream of water. Make sure the water hits the sensitive area at the top. It should take a few minutes but you will reach the Big O!
