23 year old female, have had this probably 5 years. Strangely, unlike all the other posts, my bladder only needs to be about 1/2 full to feel extreme pleasure. I never am on the brink of wetting myself and have never once had a UTI. I do find myself actually waiting to have intercourse until my bladder has something in it just to intensify the orgasm. It actually creates such a strong pleasure having sex on am empty bladder seems very underwhelming. Is this true with anyone else?
