Hi, I am 21 years old and I am training basketball. Few weeks ago I have witnessed when my good friend injured his knee during the basketball match. It was very painful for him and I have to admit I was very upset because of it. I would like to know what I may do to prevent that such thing happens to me.

Hi, as I have played basketball for almost 15 years the best thing I may suggest you is strength your muscles around knee and it would protect it from injuries. If your knees are sensitive or if you have injured them already you may use supportive bondage. Great exercise for your knee is pedaling ergo meter especially if you do it backwards.
