What's your personal "limit"? Is 10-minutes enough, too much.. 15? Would you wait a half hour?
Just curious if I'm the only one that shrugs somewhere between 10 and 15 minutes and moves on. Being late is a pet peeve of mine I guess. I got things to do!

That's just it...why be circumstantial about it? It's the 21st century for cryin' out loud. I say we move to a 12-minute window. At 12:01, you're outta luck.
Someone just told me they waited an hour for a doc. That's nuts.
I was at a meeting last night that started 20-minutes after it was suppose to. I got there 15-minutes early to be prepped.
...where's the end rant button. :?

Again, it depends. I have been known to cool my heels for more than an hour when it was work-related. But if it isn't work related, or family, 15 mins seems a good limit.

But being late is also a pet peeve of mine. I try to be 5 mins early for everything.

I abhor lateness. If you're early you're on time, if you're on time you're late, if you're late you might as well not bother. Most I'll wait is 15 minutes. Then you're on your own.

15 minutes is it. at doctor's offices, though, they sometimes keep you suspended in the waiting game for much longer.....it's horrible. time stands still. late is not fashionable.

We had a saying in band that went "To be early is to be on time, to be on time is to be late, and to be late is to be dead." All my friends think I'm nuts when I say it. I'm glad I'm not the only one that knows this phrase (or similar)!

AAARRRRGGGGHHH! I hate that! I also hate that if you're more than 15 minutes late for an appointment they say they must reschedule you, but they can keep you there for an eternity without so much as an apology.
I finally found a doctor who is +/- 10 minutes on schedule. LOVE it.

It's cicumstantial because i have to wait for my gf, i damn well better wait or i'll be the one in trouble despite the fact that i was on time. If i'm at a doctor, my choice is to wait or to reschedule and wait a second time.
I do have a 10 minute window for meetings and for people at work.

I'll wait 10 minutes. Of course, that's not counting one individual whose arrival time I pad with 20 minutes. One day they'll show up at the actual arrival time and get stuck waiting for me for 20 minutes and I will laugh. loudly.

I'll give the 10 min rule for most profs. Most I'll wait is 20 minutes...
