Hi, I am 27 years old and even though I am in a perfect shape, I have problems with my feet. I have just managed to get rid of the athlete’s foot fungus and I must say that it was not a short battle. Now I would like to know a bit more about the prevention. How many pair of shoes do I need for athlete’s foot prevention? What else should I know?

There are several things you should think of. While in a gym shower, always wear sandals, fungus can be on the floor itself, just waiting for someone to step on. Also, change socks every day and change shoes as often as possible. Of course, wash your feet properly and dry them good too, because the fungus also needs warm and moist environment to grow more easily.
