In general, it is the best to exercise 3-4 times a week. I go to the gym 4 times a week. I spend there for an hour and a half. Hey dana49359425 , Yes we live and stay healthy now it's mandatory to do Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes every day in the beginning. But we cannot give you any proper suggestions until we know your weight and health condition. Otherwise, it's effect badly. And It's would be great to discuss with your doctor or physician
