Hi there, how are you?

OK, this is mine main concern about this sugar busters diet. My question is : will I have a lot of energy to exercise if I am on sugar busters diet? I am asking this because this diet program is very strict, and it does not have a lot of foods on the list. When I look these menu plan, I think that I am going to stay hungry, sleepy, with no energy.

I really love to work out, and I do that three times a week. I love to walk a lot as well. I am afraid that I will be totally out of my energy if I start this diet.

Please, tell me that I am wrong :)

good question, by the way :) I think that you will have enough energy to exercise, if you don't have any seriously health issue. I hope that you don't have anemia, because you can feel a little dizzy, especially if you used to eat junk food and a lot of sugars. If you are diabetic, you also need to consult your doctor about this issue. That is the best option for you. 

It depends how often do you exercise, how many minutes or hours per week. If you are professional sportiest, you will need some advice. But, I doubt that you are professional :) If you are talking about fitness or zumba, you will have a lot of energy to do it.

of course that I am not professional sportiest :) If I am, I think that I would know a lot more than you about this diet, right :) ?

Yes, I do fitness, yoga and zumba. I am going to fitness three times per week, zumba is totally cool thing to do with my friends, and I do yoga every sunday. It is not hard, but I am used to eating a lot of candy bars and chocolates, and I was thinking that they are main reason why do I have energy :) 

It is going to be hard, I know, but I will try it. This is the best way to cut sugars, without cheating :) Wish me luck!
