Hi, I'm new to these forums.
But I've got a little problem. Other than running I participate in club soccer. Back in April I, had an accident and fractured my wrist. About a week after I broke my arm I ran my last race of the spring. Since then I've been wasting away because it's so uncomfortable to run with a cast. I myself, had pains in the sides of my ribs and left shoulder when I tried to take a job. They were probably a result of my lopsided form.
so I just wasted away...
Now the cast is off and I'm ready to start training for XC season. Any ideas on how to begin training back up to the longer distances (6-10 miles)?
I had a couple of ideas, but I want to see if there any better idea out there. Thanks!
