I am 15 with a height of 5'6 at 150lbs. My mom is 5'1 and my dad is 5'8. I started hitting the gym this year. I bench 140lbs and max out at 185lbs. I curl 35-40lbs. I am scared that I might stay this height cause I haven't grown in quite a while. How can I get taller? Please help. I'm tired of my friends being taller and keep teasing me.

basic workouts have no negative effects on your growth and might even help you, unless your doing stuff with heavy weights on your back aka suatting really heavy and standing caf raises!
