I do workout.......I have huge metabolism rate.....I am having a fit body but there's some problem I recently can see in my body


As per the diet for the gym session I have to take good amount of protein in my body including whey protein....but I am very much concerned now on the cell size as overall body structure is getting narrower...

Now what happens if I start taking rice and breads then at that certain time I loose the flat stomach ...it becomes flabby

and If I stop taking that carbohydrates then my body looks like very squizzed..........

can anybody please suggest me a good diet routine........where I can get a presentable body

I am having vital stats 38-30-37

but I wanna make it toned,BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE SQIZZED,
