hi i need help i weight 146 148 and i want to be 130 and i dont know how to lose weight i mean i can do 60-120 jumping jacks a night and i do 30-60 sit ups and i do 10 push ups but i dont know what eles to do i drink more water and try not to drink soda i mean im skinny up top but my thigs are my only promblem someone plz help me lose this weight

I heard that if you eat 4-5 tiny meals a day and chew sugar free gum like 24/7 and lots of water you loose a lot and fast
