hi, ugh lots of exercising and dieting, extremely unhealthy but you can lose serious weight in a week, Few fast tips: Drink only water (coffee before exercising), cut out all white grain products, do cardio 30 minutes and 40 push-ups a day, do 40 lunges and squats every other day, eat fish for lunch. Watch your calorie intake, eat more proteins. Hard work but only solution for fast weight loss. Another tip would be to take some vitamin supplements since this diet is unhealthy. Hope this helped.

The fastest way to lose weight is to eat nothing but plain white rice, rice has zero fats and plenty of protein. In just 1 week you can lose up to 20lbs , just don't go adding any kind of oil into the rice. Also note that you can eat as much rice as you want and you will still lose that same 20lbs. After a week or two you can eat non fatty fruits and even add herbs and spices to your rice. If you exercise during the diet you will lose even more weight.
