Ok. Here is the best and easiest way. 2 sponges, one sock, one Magnum condom for durability. Take the tube sock and roll it over itself until it is about a quarter inch lower than the length of sponge. Now unroll Magnum condom all the way and press it flat in-between both sponges. Now firmly press sponges together making sure the tip side has all the excess and the rib side is bout even with the other side of sponges.
