Hi, I had a mole removed two weeks ago, but now I need to remove the scar, or at least minimize scarring. How to achieve that?

Hi, it depends which method you have used for mole removal, but today the scarring is usually minimal. Ranging from a small, white line to a bigger scar, creams from diminishing scars can be applied. Generally, there will be no re-growth of moles once they are removed. Sometimes, the cells remaining in the skin re-grow a new mole which is usually darker than the former one grows. Biopsy, a procedure done by taking out a piece of the mole to be sent to a laboratory for analysis of presence of malignant cells is used to determine weather the mole is potentially dangerous.
