I’m female, 26 years old and ever since I got too badly stressed over at my last job my weight issues got even worse than they used to. I’m not going to say I didn’t have few extra pounds before this, because I sure did, but the problem got worse.

I was on 17 day Moreno diet before and I managed to get to second 17 day stage, but ultimately I couldn’t stick to all dietary limitations mainly because it’s hard to get mostly meat-based meals for breakfest and lunch, especially if you’re not at home cooking. For anyone who is on this diet, how did you make it work for all four stages?

the good thing about 17 day or Moreno diet is that it offers several diet programs based on effort you can put into it (and also the amount of weight you need to lose). There are three levels (low, medium and high) and even though they all have in common the fact that first 17 days is heavily focused on protein-only diet, at low and medium levels there are still some allowed foods that might help you get through this strictest part of the program.

Perhaps instead of the meat products you might want to try tofu or soy equivalents from vegan 17 day diet plan.
