Hello everybody.

My couis have some troube weight, she is 157 tall and she has 113 KG. Because of her body weigh, she has some health conditions. So, doctor told to her that she must be carifull what she eats. She starts to follow the 17 day diet, and she made a plan, by days and hours what she will eat. Anyone had expirinece like she has? Any help? Can anybody tell me what she can eat? What about meet products, such is bacon etc? Can she drink some juices or just water? How much meals she has to eat during this diet?

There are certain foods that can help her shed some body weight. She needs to include a fat source, protein source and low carb vegetables in each of her meal. Protein source include meat (beef, chicken, lamb), fish and seafood and eggs. Low-Carb Vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, cucumber, celery, spinach and more.Fat sources such as coconut oil, olive oil, butter and lard. Aside from healthy diet, she also need to exercise regularly.
