Please have your gallbladder looked at. I had the same thing happen and after months of no answers ( and a few emergency room visits) they discovered I had a blockage with a distended gallbladder that needed emergency surgery.

This has been happening on and off since i was about 16. I have had everything checked and multiple times, and have standing orders for tests and scans when it happens and everything is clear and good. Was even treated for GERD but it made things unbearably worse. My stomach will be fine then I eat something (anything) and if it is solid my stomach will just be "nope not handling that" then it would last for days sometimes months. I know this is an older thread but just wondering if anyone has gotten any answers from their issues. I have tried the self-medicated route, and it provides some relief but nothing else. It just eases the pain, then I try to eat while it is still in my system and then there is no relief even when I self-medicate (that is the term i am using because it is still not decriminalized in Canada as of yet), after i eat it doesnt do anything. People are linking it to stress, but it doesnt happen when i am stressed, at all. It is random.

I am 16 and I have been suffereing with these types of pain since I was 15. A few months ago I went for a heart scan because of my chest pains however the results (that's I got 6 months after the scan) say there's nothing wrong with my heart. For my stomach it's been a series of different types of pain, and it seems like it travels around my stomach and guts area. I've been tested for any allergies, intolerances, ibm, ibs, gallbladder problems, and more, and I had none of them. The doctor told me that it's just "my thing" like some people have back pains or leg pains... my mother and I are not happy with that conclusion so at some point we are going to a private doctor. I have suffered everyday with these pains and no type of medication can numb them or get rid of them. I got the test 7 months after I started getting the pains in my stomach but it's been 6 months since then

I have sort of the same problem. For the past couple days I have had hunger pains non-stop, but even just the idea of eating something makes me want to throw up. I kind of feel like I want to throw up all the time. It's like a tightness in the back of my throat. But I haven't thrown up yet, and it gets a little better later in the day, though it's always there. I have diarrhea and severe fatigue, so if anyone knows how to make this stop or what it might be, please please please let me know. It's incredibly inconvenient, and i haven't eaten a real meal in 3 days, just small foods.

I'm considerably younger that you but I have this same sort of thing happening right now. For the past four days I haven't been hungry at all and whenever I eat even the smallest amount of food my stomach feels stuffed. In the most recent day, my stomach has really painful sharp pangs that just come and go.

I just saw this and I had these issues and it was a bad case of diverticulosis. I hope you have resolved the issue by now.

Sounds like a hiatus hernia, the syndrome is usually referred to as GORD or GERD, Gastro oesophageal reflux disorder..
At your age ut is usually related to overeating and especially alcohol on an empty stomach.
Several effective medications, omeprazole (Losec) perhaps the most used

There are tones of people saying these things and i'm shocked how many people don't know much about their bodies but try to test if it's just Acid Reflux first and whatever TV commercials or doctors have you believe Acid Reflux starts from the stomach first and then it travels upwards to your chest and throat the more acid develops and it spits upwards, try Gavison or the cheaper version and take 1 tablespoon with some water because it's quite chalky and thick but good tasting, tastes like aniseed, it can cause rumbles in the stomach and put you in a lot of pain, sometimes i get bad bouts of Acid Reflux from genetics and god knows it's painful and it feels like it's mainly at the top of my stomach but really what it's doing is spitting upwards from the bottom of your stomach which is why it feels like radiating pain but it really is very painful and if i don't get any stuff for it i'll go through an hour of pain and then throw up and it's SO painful i'm totally pale and sweaty then wiped out from the pain after.

I used to think it was just from my bra of from bending over. I get this same pain, I have it right now. I had to sit down and take a break from doing dishes the pain was so bad. I've had it for several years and I'm only 20. I always just thought it was my body's weird way of saying it was hungry but I'm not hungry. I just woke up and hour ago so its not like its something I ate. I've had stomach ulcers before and it was a different pain. The pain from ulcers was lower in the abdomen, although ulcers can focus on different regions i do not think it is this as I said I've been getting it for a while. Maybe we are the selection few who have this mysterious disease. I have tried several things including diet changes to see if it went away with no change. When I tell people about it they say its just acid reflex but that happens to me more in my esophagus and the upper portion of my torso. I've researched and the only things I could really find was this formula, ibs, and stomach ulcers. I haven't ruled out IBS but i have my doubt's.

Just went to the hospital about it, they said it's either gallbladder, ulcer or intestinal tract infection, I have read up on all of them and my symptoms don't seem to quite fit, anyway I read up on an intestinal bacteria the hospital gave me antibiotics for it, it's called Trimethoprim 300mg, your symptoms sound like what I read for this medication the bacteria was called Helicobacter, I hope it helps.
