hysterectomy operation? I am overweight and I am worried

Hi I'm 33 and found out I need a full abdominal hysterectomy,to say it's a shock is an understatement, I went for a mri scan 2 weeks ago and got an appointment through for the following week,it turns out I couldn't have the hysteroscopy as the fibroid is 23cm,so it's quite big,I have had a date through for my pre op for the 2nd march. Did anyone else have this happen so quick? I am also over weight so worry about this any advice would be great Thanks
