well first it started as just my fingers twitchig on and off and i figured it was befcause i crack my fingers.. but now i get twitchs in the most random spots at random times, like my leg to arm or stomch or back rarly my chin but its so annoying

I would get a consult with a neurologist. The twitches could be early signs of a nervous disorder. In particularly, I'm thinking multiple sclerosis. That's the worse case senerio, of course. It could be something as simple as a mineral or vitamin imbalance.
