I am 15 years old and haven't hit puberty yet....I am th shortest in height and don't have any public hair nor any moustache ..my voice has also not cracked and I am made fun of many times .......All my friends have hit puberty.....Please HELP

Some guys don't hit puberty until 16 or so. You are normal.
The guys that are making fun of you are immature. Nothing is wrong with you.
