That could be another indication of low testostrone. Your muscles don't get as big.

You've got testostrone or you wouldn't be as developed as you are. Your puberty will go on. If it is low it can effect secondary sex charactoristics such as voice, muscles, facial hair.

I agree with Guest.... a blood test will tell you if your testosterone levels are within normal limits. How tall are you, to you have any breast development? how tall are your parents?

Hey man it's not nice to be harsh and insulting to someone who is unsure of how their developing is normal or not. And quite frankly if your voice is deepening at 8 you are possibly going through precocious puberty ( puberty at an early age) which is not typically normal.

I know it's been a year now for this post but I'm 14, im 5 foot 7, I have some facial hair, pubic hair (curly) and i haven't had a voice crack issue for a year now, but my voice hasn't really changed. I sound a little lower than I was but it's hard to tell. Any advice? (My brothers voice changed around 15, he's turning 20)
