i am 15 yrs and pretty sport loving (any)  :-) but the problem is i am 98kgs :O i know i know but then i am 5'10 and all i wanna do right now is to loose weight ASAP
not wieght i don't care but how to cut down in my waist size and stuff
please help :)

Hey, i think there should be no problem for you to loose weight. I mean you said you like sport so that is a big step because most of the people that want to loose weight do not like any physical activities such as sport. So i think you should use that as a corner stone of your mission. Pick a sport  or exercise you like, basketball, swimming, volleyball, tennis, running and make sure you play at least 3 times a week for 1 hour. Have in mind that the more you put yourself into it the better results you will see. Also, do not go on any diet. All you can do about your food intake is to increase fruits (except bananas) and veggies. Because you will be exercising you will need all those proteins, fats and carbohydrates, so dont worry much about what you eat. Only thing you should be worrying about is when and how long are you going to exercise. That way you will loose weight in no time. Also, if you really want to loose weight fast you should consider avoiding eating after 7pm. That helps a lot.

true!but sometimes sports makes u muscly from fat, my gym teacher told me if u have fat and u exercise i get muscly!
