Hi,I'm 11 and im 150lbs over weight and im scared that ill have a heart attack.and diabeties runs in my family.can some one please help me loose weight im at the point i dont care what ill have to do! :(

Hello, its a good sign that you want to change your life and loose some weight. Here are some tips that might help you, if you really wanna loose weight and get in shape. First of all, do not go on a diet. It only slows down your metabolism and in the end you became more fat. Second of all, you need to exercise. You can go to gym or play some sport you like, basketball, football, tennis... basically anything you like and you should make 1h per day for physical activity. Third of all, dont start taking any pills for loosing weight, they are bad for your health and you will build a tolerance against them in a month or two. All in all, you should not mess a lot with your food , i mean, keep eating like you did but with more fruits and vegetables. And exercise. You can also try and not eat at all after 7pm, that will speed up you weight loss. Good luck and keep up the good work.
