Hello, the best thing for you would be if you started some form of physical activity. You can run, swim, ride bike, or even play some sports like basketball, football, tennis or anything you like. Try it out. Do not go on a diet because diet only messes up your metabolism and slows it down which in favor will make you store fat more than before. Just keep eating as you are now but exercise daily. Or for the start you can exercise 3 times a week for 1 hour and then later increase it to every day. Have in mind that the more you put yourself into it the more weight you will lose. There is no easy way to do this. You have to suck it up and start exercising. Other thing you could do is to try to avoid eating after 7pm. That will make you lose weight even faster. My friend is doing that and he lost like 15 pounds in one month.
