hi im 22 i found these black dots at the very end of my shaft like where the hair is around the penis. these black dots look like extra skin but i never had them before and one grew like a small one and then another and then another i have six of them but they wont go away either i had them for about a month now... i don't have any symptoms at all of herbs or itching or and pain what so ever none of those at all...they feel soft there not hard but its soft skin like some people have on there necks that extra skin that looks like a pimple but its not almost like a mole but its extras small skin sorta hanging out...but that's what i have at the very end i have no idea what it is at all...please someone tell me im stressing out like crazy
