I have real anxiety attacks at the moment I take my seat before each exam. I always arrive confident, prepared and relaxed. My attack looks like I start sweat, my palms get sweaty, heart beats faster, have nausea and light headedness. Anxiety attack, isn’t it? Of course that this unables me to do my exam properly. I guess that am not the only one with these symptoms, but hope that can fight them somehow. Please post.

I’ve always had same anxiety attacks, thought that was well prepared but could not do it. But I figured that my study habits were problem and that I was always very tired when got there. Else, I thought that was relaxed by actually wasn’t. I started practice relaxation techniques, very simple to perform, like to take deep slow breath, consciously relax muscles and all this for several times. It helped me to do my best, which was not perfect and sometimes far from expected. It took time for me to get free of anxiety attacks, but I figured that it was all up to me and that there was no other wisdom.
